If you're looking for a new program to add to your routine, Tabata is a fun workout. Tabata training is a high intensity interval training developed by Japanese scientist Izumi Tabata and his colleagues. By completing an exercise with full intensity for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, for 8 sets in four minutes, Tabata improves both aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels. One of the benefits is that your body will be burning fat for hours later. Each class begins with a warm-up and concludes with a cool-down.

Our Strength and Tone is a highly motivating workout that combines strength training, core conditioning, and cardio exercise. Using free weights, step ups, balance disc pillows, and body weight resistance, you will improve your balance and stability, as well as improve your overall body strength and endurance. This 45 minute workout will jump start your fitness routine and keep you coming back for more!
