Barre is back!

​​Kiryoku Training Center in Old Bridge, NJ offers unique programs that will maximize the results of our clients' efforts, by providing effective and enjoyable fitness solutions.  Kiryoku means "inner strength," and we help our clients achieve inner strength by connecting the mind, body, and spirit.  We empower all of our clients to achieve their personal best level of fitness, and provide great programs and excellent coaching to help them reach their goals.  Our programs include Yoga, Kickboxing, Group Fitness, Tai Chi, Pilates, Barre and Personal Training, which are available in small group or private lessons.  In addition, we are proud to offer Acupuncture, Dietitian/Nutrionist and Reiki services, as well as health & wellness workshops.


With our beautiful atmosphere and certified instructors, we strive to teach our clients to make fitness a way of life.

Thursday evening’s 7:00 PM Multi Level Yoga will now be a fun, energetic Working Your Asana class.  Learn how to safely go deeper into your Asanas.  Each class will begin with a dynamic Yoga flow and then we will explore the poses and variations.  With blocks, straps, and/or bolsters, we will work our Yoga practice to a deeper level!  This class is for current Kiryoku Training Center members only.
